Use of Service

MileWarden is a mileage tracking tool designed to help car lessees monitor their mileage against lease terms. The app provides estimates and projections based on data you enter.

No Warranty on Calculations

MileWarden provides mileage calculations as informational estimates only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of projections. Always verify your actual mileage with your vehicle's odometer and consult your lease agreement for exact terms and penalty rates.

One-Time Purchase

MileWarden is available as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

User Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into MileWarden. Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, your data is also stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Limitation of Liability

Anders Forge LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of MileWarden, including but not limited to lease overage penalties. The app is a tracking tool, not financial or legal advice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MileWarden after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
